    "The important things in music, aren't found in the chords." Gustav Mahler Born in 1986 in Falkenberg, Germany, Patricia Slim discovered her love of Music at an early age. After visiting several parties and clubs with a dj friend, Patricia got more and more interested in dj'ing.But being a dj isn't easy. It isn't just standing behind the decks, pressing play and partying with the crowd. It takes love, talent, passion and lots and lots of practice.Driven by her courage, she took her first steps in the R&B and commercial scène. It didn't take long before she discovered that wonderful feeling you get when spinning records. Patricia started playing more regularly and gained more experience, which she got the good way and the hard way…However, nowadays it's hard to get that important breakthrough and for a while, we didn't hear anything from Patricia Slim.This pause she used to sharpen her skills, gathering and exchanging thoughts and ideas about music. And as luck would have it, Patricia found her way back in music. At parties, Patricia would hang out around the dj booth, carefully watching how other djs performed their tricks, to expand and improve her own skills.Since 2011, Patricia's taste in music started to change. Techno, minimal and techhouse are the new joys in her musical life. New to the scene, but definitely not an amateur anymore, she made her name by playing at smaller venues, portraying her style that is known for clear structures, solid mixing and great taste in music. Not surprisingly, she got more and more known, and bookings started rolling in.In 2012, Patricia decided to broaden her creative horizon by producing her own tracks. They give her the ability to create and share her vision of electronic music. Who knows what musical journeys the future brings for this talented, female dj? Only time will tell…
