Hi everyone, I am Cli4d Roberts (pronouced Clifford Roberts). I call my new cd "Cli4d Roberts, The Ruckus Starter, 21st Bass" because every time I play live I cause a ruckus and on this cd I play keyboard Bass. Keyboard bass is 21st century bass sound. It is very thick and very heavy by using digital technology. It is for the new stereo systems in cars now a days that have big mega power systems and mega speakers. If you like thundering bass sound then I'm your artist. Ladies and gentlemen I am pleased to introduce you to the era of the "Self Produced Artist." It is a time of prosperity for unsigned artists all over the world who have access to computers and digital recording technology. I am but one pioneer in this new and ever changing technological world of music. enjoy. my latest album has thick and heavy bass in it so i hope you are ready for "21st century bass." in the beginning bass instruments were big giant stand up instruments later they became electric bass guitars and now they have become keyboard bass sounds. keyboard bass sound is "21st century bass."

I am a single recording artist. I have played with many extremely talented musicians, and a few not so talented musicians. I have learned to play Bass, Keyboards, Lead & rythm guitar, I play acoustic drums, I can program electronic drums, I sing the lyrics that I write, I organize the invent of new ideas & different projects, and as always I"m a visionary who can kick a person's butt with a song. I can make you cry with my words and make you dance when I play Bass, I can make a person feel mellow with my keyboards, and then I can wake you up with the sound of my guitar roaring like thunder. Since I can do all these things I typically record all the music in my songs myself. Once in awhile I will have a session player or a musician friend do a part in the song I'm working on. I record my own songs in my own studio called Melody Bass Line Studios, I have allways been a great Bass player but after expanding into playing, keyboards and guitars and drums and being a vocalist and song lyric writer, performer, producer, promoter, sound engineer, and a long time ago when I used to play covers in bars and nightclubs. I am the leader of my own destiny.

Sounds Like
FunkyJazzRock is a blend of funky bass licks that I combine with jazzy keyboards and rocky-rollie lead guitar work. I like to make my bass sound like a rhinoceros taking a dump, and on ocasion I like to play my lead guitar one handed. I sound like A cross between Herbie Hancock & Billie Preston when I play keyboards. I sound like Hendrix when I play Lead guitar and I sound like a rhinoceros taking a dump when I play bass. You do the math.
