Bio:

- born in 1962 in Osnabrueck, Germany
- study of law, professional musician and composer since 1984
- 1985: rock music award of the state of Niedersachsen in Lüneburg with funk rock band “Uncle Jam”
- 1986 awarded by “Jazzpodium Niedersachsen” with modern jazz group “Bourbon”
- teacher of drums, percussion, and ensemble playing at the municipal music school in Osnabrueck since 1988
- in 1992, he formed the percussion-show- trio “Exhausted Groove Orchestra” (EGO)
- 1995 and 1999: international cabaret-awards for extraordinary compositions, musical arrangements, and choreographies
- 1994 - 1998: abot 20 appearances on German TV
- 1996 - 2000: appearances on drummer festivals all over Europe with Sheila E. (PRINCE), Jonathan Moffet,(MADONNA, MICHAEL JACKSON), Louis Conte, (PHILCOLLINS, SANTANA), Terry Bozzio (FRANK ZAPPA, STEVE VAI), Simon Phillips (TOTO, THE WHO) and many others
- endorser of PEARL drums, SABIAN cymbals, and AFRO percussion since 1994.
-tours and concerts with SUPERCHARGE, PHOENIX, DIETER BOHLEN, TOMMY SCHNELLER EXTRAVAGANZA, SINISTER VISION, BACKSLASH a.o.
- 1993 - 2001: numerous engagements as performance artist in the field of gala and cabaret events. Compositions to commission, creation of performance projects for COCA COLA, VW, PEUGOET, WARNER BROS. a.m.o.
- 1998 and 2000: lectures at international congresses for musical education at the Cologne College of Music; lecturer for rhythm training and body percussion, presenting his own teaching concept “Groove it all up - Rhytmustraining mit Biss”
- 1999 - 2007: numerous workshops and seminars, further education for teachers - 2001- 2004: percussionist with the most popular german Rockband "THE SCORPIONS" on concerts in Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Greece, France, Russia, Portugal a.m.o.
- 2002: formation of percussion walking-act “GO!”
- 2006 extended tour all over England and Scotland as the drummer with PINK FLOYD- and THIN LIZZY-guitarist Snowy White.
- 2003-2009: drummer of fire and rhythm show “LICENCE 2 BURN”
