    Nova's Basement are 3 girls who sing, hum and play stringed instruments. They've been hunting for that big shiver sound with layers of cello, violin, guitar and sweet 'n sour voices. N.B. formed in 2005 when they moved to London from far away places. Starting out in a folksy line-up, they were nominated for an Indy Music Award for their live shows and made a little EP they kept in their pocket. But the search for that big shiver sound got the girls tinkering with live loops and hanging out again at Strongroom Studios with the talented Ian Dowling in 2009. After 3 days and 3 nights, N.B. arrived at 3 songs they have developed from humble guitar/cello/violin loops. They believe in these shivers, have spent their own pennies bringing them to life, and would like to share them with you (new EP coming soon!).
