Les Lewellyn is the program director and dj for Preying Lizard Music's Radio Shows. In addition he is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, keyboardist, bassist, even a drummer. He produces and mixes his own music with his band Dixie Lizard and the band will be touring this year. But Les Lewellyn is just as passionate about other bands and artists that turn him on with their music. All songs on the shows are hand picked by Les and used with permission from the bands, labels and management. You will also find some great interviews on the shows as well as exclusive music from bands that show their thanks for being on the number one shows online. Also take note that the Chill Pill Show features more Americana, Folk, Indie Country, and the softer side of rock while PReying Lizard Music's Pirate Radio Soft Rock Indie Showcase is more of a College Radio style show featuring alternative soft rock...not wimpy at all..just cool music for the head that will have you closing your eyes and grooving to the artists! The Road Rash Blues Show is Blues Rock and airs on KCOR every Saturday from noon until 2pm Central. The Hot Sheet Mon Show airs each Friday night on KCOR from 7-9pm Central and features VERY hard rock and metal while the Pirate Radio Hard Rock Showcase features more alternative, metal, southern rock and other cool genres. It's not as heavy as the Hot Sheet Mon Show but in no way wimps out! Also you'll find a great show called "No Man's Land" featuring ONLY female artists and it's an eclectic mix of genres. But oh how it flows so nicely!!! Then there's the all genre..mainly rock..."InstruMental Madness Show" with great instrumental songs that will take you to another place in mind. So kick back and enjoy all of the shows on Preying Lizard Music. There's no registration and all of the shows are the number one shows online in their respective genres! Hopefully you'll find one you dig and will spread the word so these fantastic bands/artists get heard by more new fans then the thousands(and rapidly growing)each month! If you miss a show on KCOR ...not to worry...the shows all get posted on their respective pages at Preying Lizard Music along with the current playlist so you can click on the band/artist name and go check out their other fantastic music! Most importantly Les Lewellyn is a true fan of every artist and band he plays and will never play something he doesn't dig. So chances are you will share in his tastes and find yourself another source for the best indie music anywhere! Thanks to all of you!
