    We're a band that started back in 1980 when it was obvious that Ronald Reagan was going to be elected president. We wanted to expose his evil shit along with those of his buddies; the republicans, the rich, and the religious right. But NOW we like to give props to our late great singer/leader Dave Insurgent by coming up with one last, FINAL Reagan Youth album because I (Paul Cripple) didn't like how the band ended the first time. There is no replacement for the late Dave Insurgent, so we offer up this prayer; Dave Insurgent, Lonely Virgo Soul: Soul of all moments, peace and war. Soul of life, return to me the absent ones. I offer you my good deeds so you can obtain Graces. Intercede for me, I am with you in your pain, do not let me be alone in mine. In the name of Father Sky, the Son of the Sun and that patch of Mother Earth. Also, Andy Apathy, formally known as Andy Zap. He is also one we pray for as he was the first bassist the band ever had.     The band consisted of two permanent players. DAVE INSURGENT on vocals and PAUL CRIPPLE on guitar from 1980-1989 The original rhythm section started in Forest Hills with CHARLIE TRIPPER on drums and ANDY APATHY on bass. (They played the initial N.Y.H.C. scene until Andy drove Dave nuts and was fired) from (1980-81) AL PIKE became bassist and band traded drummers with The Abused obtaining STEVE, the band's best musician (This line-up, arguably the best, recorded band's initial release ' Youth Anthems for the New Order' 1983-84) Touring issues for 1984 Rock Against Racism tour had VIKTOR VENOM on bass and RICK ROYALE on drums. JOHNNY AZTEC, ex-Heart Attack, became band's final drummer Venom left before final recording Volume Two. From 1989-2006 nothing happened after three ex-members new band; House of God, folded by 1990. In 2006 PAUL CRIPPLE reformed band with ex-members and several new replacements but has only recorded a recent demo "Lucky 7" with ex King of Kings vocalist/bassist KENNY YOUNG and MIKE 'THUNDERKICKS" SABATINO on drums. *The years of honorable service: DAVID RUBINSTEIN (deceased), Vocals: 1980-1989 CHARLES BONET, Drummer: 1980-82 ANDY BRYAN (deceased), Bassist: 1980-81 AL PIKE, Bassist: 1981–1984, 2006-2011 STEVE WEISSMAN, Drummer: 1982-84 RICK GRIFFITH, Drummer: 1984-85 VICTOR DOIMINICIS, Bassist: 1984-89 JAVIER MADARIAGA, Drummer: 1985-89, 2006-2010 DAVE MANZULLO: Bassist 2011-2012 KENNY YOUNG: vocals, bass, guitar *CURRENT LINE-UP: PAUL CRIPPLE: guitar MIKE" THUNDERKICKS" SABATINO: drums TIBBIE X: bass JIM DIESEL: vocals
